Purpose of This Website This website sells official Founders Financial Group apparel and merchandise. It does not offer insurance products, financial services or career opportunities. For those, visit foundersfinancialgroup.com.

Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any time, including for errors in pricing, product details or availability. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Prices may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Products Merchandise is made in limited runs, and items may sell out without notice. We try to show colors, finishes and details accurately, but they can look different depending on your screen. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Returns & Shipping All sales are final. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Local Pickup Local pickup at Founders HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona, is available only to FFG agents. Pickup orders from anyone else may be cancelled and refunded.

Information Submitted By placing an order or signing up for emails, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and complete. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, crests, designs, text, graphics and photography, belongs to Founders Financial Group. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission. Buying merchandise does not grant any rights to FFG trademarks or designs.

Third-Party Services Payments, shipping and order processing are handled by third-party providers, including Shopify and our shipping carriers. Founders Financial Group is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, security or practices.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founders Financial Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any products bought here.
