Returns & Exchanges

All sales on the Founders Merch Store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or size. Items run TTS.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, doesn't match its description, or you receive the wrong item, email merch@foundersfg.com within 2 business days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Photos of the item

We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived, email merch@foundersfg.com with your order number.
