Shipping

Orders ship from Scottsdale, Arizona, within the United States only.

Processing time Orders are processed within [3–5] business days, not counting weekends and holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time Standard shipping usually arrives within [3–7] business days after it ships. Tracking updates come straight to your email.

Shipping cost Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Local pickup — FFG agents only FFG agents can choose local pickup at checkout and collect their order at Founders HQ in Scottsdale. We'll email you when it's ready. Pickup orders from anyone other than FFG agents will be cancelled and refunded.

Processing delays If we can't ship your order within the stated time, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Address Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged orders If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email assistant@foundersfg.com with your order number within 2 business days.
